For our present troubles are small and won't last very long. Yet they produce for us a glory that vastly outweighs them and will last forever.
2 Cor 4:17 New Living Translation
I have to share this praise report and give God the glory. For we serve an awesome God who is able to do exceedingly and abundantly above all that we can ask or think. He alone has the power, grace and authority to move in the impossible realm. He has equipped His people with faith to believe in the impossible or supernatural realm and to believe that it is not over until He says it's over. God is still on His Throne and in the healing, deliverance and miracle business. We are admonished to think on things that are of a good report, pure, lovely and that which will keep us in the peace of God.
Even as we walk by faith and bask in his peace, painful situations will still come into our lives. A good friend and man of God, called me yesterday and told me to pray because his sister had gone into the hospital for a heart procedure and had a heart attack during the procedure and flat-lined. I couldn't really understand the details, but I heard the panic and pain in his voice and it was enough to know that this was a 911 call. I quickly consoled him and got off the telephone. Then I sent a quick "SOS" prayer to Abba Father and then grabbed my cell and sent a text to the intercessors to pray. I picked up the phone and called one intercessor who I thought would probably not have her cell phone near her at home. By the time I got off the phone and prayed again in the spirit, my phone rang again. My friend told me that there was a heartbeat and that she was breathing. This is when he told me that she had flat-lined for 45 minutes. The staff worked on her for 45 minutes and after further tests and watching her, he received the good news that his sister hadn't suffered any brain damage. She was placed under observation for 24 hours to see if her heart rhythms would continue to be stable.
He and I rejoiced because of the goodness of our God. My hat is off to the staff that continued to work with her for 45 minutes and for the prayers of the intercessors. It really didn't hit me until it was over how awesome this miracle was. After 45 minutes of no heartbeat, this woman didn't suffer any brain damage or any other adverse effects from being without oxygen to her brain. How great is our God. How wonderful is His love for us. God turned it around! Hallelujah!!!! I gotta take a praise break...GLORY!!!!
Praise God!
