Anointed by the Holy Spirit

And for this reason I remind you to kindle afresh the gift of God which is in you through the laying on of my hands. For God has not given us a spirit of timidity, but of power and love and discipline. 2 Timothy1:6-7

Where are those who have the ability to lay hands on the people and they receive the Holy Spirit with power? The Greek word for power is Dunamis and it means, force, specially miraculous power, ability, abundance, meaning, might, worker of miracle, strength and violence (the violent take it by force).

Where is the power in the Church today? What power do the Believers have? The leaders are falling like flies to sin and are entangled in every evil. How can we have the power to do mighty works for the glory of God, when we don’t have the power to turn our heads away from the lust of the eyes, flesh and pride? The first Church men and women, would not be able to identify the Church of today. Where is the power of the Holy Spirit in many of the leaders today? I'm not just speaking of spiritual gifts but character and integrity. The Bible says, that we shall receive power, when the Holy Spirit comes upon us and we shall be witnesses. Where is the power in most Churches? There is plenty of lip service, but no demonstration of what is being spoken. There is no character or integrity among those who are supposed to be teachers of the Word. They teach, but do not practice what they say, or is this a modern day witness of a lying spirit in the mouths of the prophets? Every sin that we see in the world is beginning to flood the church. The Church has become a money making business. Preachers preach for the money and not to see people set free. Now don't get me wrong, I know that a workman is worthy of his wages and the people should bless the man or woman of God who comes before them, but, if we are preaching to get money, we are way out of order. If we come with a price tag, we are out of order.

If the preacher don’t have the power to tell the truth, then how will he have the power to cast out demons? The demons will say, “How can you cast me out when I visit your house too!” Maybe the real issue at hand is that these men have not received the Holy Spirit. Ouch, I know that hurts but that may be the truth. Where is their witness of Him in their personal lives? How are so many falling to the same sins. Do the math…beautiful hoochie mama summoning you to a quiet, lonely place, equals…entrapment. The devil is setting you up, get a revelation, please, before it is too late. We are making the Church a laughing stock to the world and worst than that, we are causing the world to mock God.

What kind of disciples are these lukewarm leaders reproducing in the Church?
Remember, like begets like! You will reproduce yourself, so if you are tainted you will produce spiritually tainted offspring. Please don't lay your tainted hands on anyone to impart your issues.

We speak of this being the final hours before time culminates and if that is true, the Church better clean itself up. Get yourselves together, Laodicea! Maybe you should cancel everything in your agenda book and lie before the Lord and repent. Cry out to the Lord to give you a clean heart and fill you with His precious Holy Spirit.

The statistics that are taken by some church groups on the behavior of the church is sickening. Many leaders no longer believe in the basic foundations of the Word of God. They will not speak their agnostic beliefs in their pulpits, but they have become unbelievers, preaching a gospel they don’t even believe themselves. Some teach that all roads lead to Heaven and there is no need to believe that Jesus as the only way, truth and life. That is so spiritually illegal and anti-christ. To them I say, woe, woe, woe. These men teach and cry out to their people peace and safety, but swift destruction will come to them.

Thanks be to God in the Highest, for there is a remnant who worships and loves the Lord their God with all their heart and are demonstrating the Kingdom through the fruit of the Spirit and the gifts of God. Father’s heart is drawn to them as they bless His name and love His presence. They cry out to the One they love day and night and reflect His glory in their lives. These men and women are anointed to release the anointing into the lives of those who are seeking God. They are not talking about material things, but about the things of God. No slick tricks; only Jesus. They are prospering in the wealth of the spirit and the favor of God is on their lives. Goodness and mercy follows these people and they are satisfied by their Beloved Jesus. They are blessed when they come in and blessed when they go out. Peace surrounds them and faith flows from them. Whatever they do prospers, for their substance is from Father, whom they trust in. They have the authority to release the Holy Spirit into the lives of those who are seeking God and to bind, loose and destroy. They not only prophesy what they hear from the Lord but, whatever they decree and declare, God backs up their words, as He did the prophets of the Old Testament. Their words are sharp like an arrow that has been shot from a bow with percision. Their words hit the mark and do much damage. Out of the same mouths flow blessings to a people who need to hear a word from the Lord. These are the five-fold ministers that are being released in this season, who have not been tainted by the venom of the enemy and the lusts of this world.

If you have ears to hear, then you need to listen to what the Holy Spirit is telling you. To those who recapture their first love for me I will give the right to eat from the Tree of life which was once in the Garden of Eden, but is now in heaven in the Garden of God.
