Established and Anointed

Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and anointed us is God. 2 Cor 1:23

I am so glad that God establishes and anoints us for purpose. Paul knew that his anointing to perform miracles was from God. If I hear one more person say that the “gifts and callings” of God are not for today I think I am going to throw up. Some preach sermon after sermon on how the gifts of God vanished with the original Apostles. Articles are written about gifts being done away with. I laugh every time I hear this because I am a carrier of the gifts of God and I know many others who are as well.

I thank God for establishing me in the faith and for His anointing on my life to do Kingdom business. I thank God that He has called me and other “gifted” people together to demonstrate Christ through healing, deliverance and faith. We have had assignments in other states and countries to advance the Kingdom of God on the earth. I am so glad that we can come back and praise God for His deliverance of those who needed a touch from God through us. We have witnessed total deliverance of family members of sick people we have been assigned by God to pray for, from worry, depression and sadness. Fire and Glory International Ministries is such an unusual Church in that we believe that if God says we can do it, then we believe we can do it. We have an international call with authority by Heaven to stand as gatekeepers, watchmen and intercessors on a global realm. We understand that God anoints us to do whatever we have been assigned to do. We have been called, chosen, appointed and anointed by God to operate in signs, miracles and wonders. We know that we are called to tap into the supernatural realm by means of the Holy Spirit to perform miracles on the earth. We have been sought by Father to be worshippers; for the Word of God says that Father is seeking worshippers. We have become praise in the earth to our Lord, by exalting His name, and through the means of love and obedience. We are truly led by the Spirit of God to go wherever He sends us. God has done great things by and through us. In all this, we give God all our praise.

So often, we hear of someone who is speaking on the “circuit” and we run by plane, bus, car or train to see them. I bless God for other anointed vessels who sacrifice their time and families to travel to different cities and conferences to be a blessing to the Church. Saints have no need to run to hear an anointed person for God has anointed us to do the same; which is to demonstrate His glory and power to a dying world. But the reality is that God expects every Church to function in the gifts of the Holy Spirit. If we realize that we have been called to be carriers of His holiness and glory, we will find that we need not run after certain speakers to hear a word from the Lord. He is speaking in every city; God has called ministries and Churches in every state to operate in His anointing.

Settle this matter in your heart, your anointing is not something you can conjure up, for it is from the Holy Spirit, so there is no need to compete with others who are also anointed. Our anointing is from God for His glory and His honor.
