Run to God

Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.  Hebrews 4:16

So many are existing feeling as if there can never be a connection between them and God ever again because of the sins they have committed.  They are living in a place of spiritual isolation because of self condemnation from the effects of sin. 
In a prison built by their own minds, they dare not seek out help from other Christians, because they fear being judged, so they suffer in silence.  Satan play on their minds in this state of isolation and it is in this mentality where the person began to feel worthless, abandoned and condemned.

The God they previously enjoyed and trusted, is now the very one they run from.  They now believe that God is eager to destroy them, because they can't receive His love and mercy in this state.  In their personal, mental dungeon, there is no compassion, grace nor mercy.  How can Jesus love them after all they have done?  How can other Believers love them after the things they have so boldly committed.  They feel vile and useless, but God has extended His hand of mercy to them.  Pure love is beckoning them to return to Him. 

Jesus says, "draw near to Me and I will draw near to you."  No useless rituals or traditions of man needed, just surrender to Him with a heart of desire to be forgiven.  Mercy and grace will begin to flow into you. 

You were sold a bill of lies from the enemy who told you that money would make you happy...it didn't; you purchased everything you could buy and ended up in incredible debt, which leads to more sorrow.  You had all kinds of friends until your money ran out, now you're abandoned by those you thought had your back.  Those drugs felt good at first, but you soon realized that there's no high like the first high.  That six pack body that sent you into another place every time he touched you didn't mean much once you became his punching bag.  That woman with the fine figure who made saliva drip from your lips every time you thought about getting with her, now make curse words flow from your lips every time you count your money, because you had no idea how expensive she was going to be.

Body of Christ, return to your first love!  Return to the One who loves you.  Don't listen to those inner voices that tell you that it's too late or you've just done too much to be forgiven.  God is calling you...run to your perfect Love.  Return to Mercy and Grace; return to God.  The angels are cheering for you.  Repent and run to your God.  His mercy and grace are there to cover you.  God has a spiritual GPS system on you and you are never out of His range of love. Run to God where there is true joy and forgiveness.  God's love is from everlasting to everlasting and His mercy endures forever   Return to your first love and enjoy the reunion of His awesome presence as He envelops you.  Enjoy His later rain and glory. .
