One more post for today; I want to celebrate three young women in my life who I have watched demonstrate the power of love to others. My two daughters, Minister Tiffany of Memphis and Lisa who lives in Nashville, are always on call to help their siblings, neighbors and friends with their children, whenever there has been a need. Although they have children of their own, they still reach out to help others who are in a bind. Even when they are tired, they still help, for they live a life of sacrificial love towards others. Minister Tiffany also helps me when I need an extra hand.
The other young woman is my neice Ashiryah, who lives in Chicago. Her mom works a full time job and Ashiryah assists with the care of her 95 year old grandmother. She also helps her mom in whatever way she can. This young woman has her own family, but moves to help when she sees a need and not wait until she's asked.
In all the drama that's going on with young adults, it is a pleaure to see young women demonstrate a life of service without complaining in this day and age. We see so many young people who live for the moment or selfish lives that those who live for the Lord are a pleasure.
If you are around young adults who are serving and blessing others, encourage them to continue to do good work. Bless them and build them up for they are doing a work as unto the Lord. Young people who have dedicated their lives to ministry or service should be celebrated; so I give a shout out to all those who are living lives of sacrifice to others, for the favor of God shall rest on their lives.
