Deep is Calling

For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so, no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God.
1 Cor 2:10b-11

Back in the sixties, I spoke in school on the confusion that was going on in the world at that time and I played the song "Ball of Confusion" by the Temptations, after I read my paper to the class. I spoke of a future time when the world would not know right from wrong and gray areas will become acceptable to even those in the Church. I spoke of constant strife between nations, as well as greater problems in this country. I spoke of a time where drugs, alcohol and sex would ruin our families and God would be spoken of, but His ways will not be familiar to most households that profess Him. Murder will be a common thing and so will hatred, slander and lying. We are definitely in that time. I was actually prophesying but, of course, I didn't know anything about prophesy. There was so much going on in the world at that time, but I could see a greater time of evil that the world had not known on a grander scale.

When the spirit of sin enters the Church and is comfortable to sit and relax during services, we must know that we in real trouble. Those who desire to keep themselves pure from the world will have a difficult time distinguishing themselves to those in the world, from those who have operated in darkness in the church; at least at first glace. In time their righteousness will be known by all. There was a time that ministers were respected for their calling, but now in some circles, they must prove themselves to be righteous. This opens us up for true ministry of the gospel, so even in proving ourselves, not by title, but by holiness, we will be effective laborers for Christ not walking by flesh, but by faith.

Too many in the church see life in the natural realm and not in the spiritual realm. The natural man can only understand natural or carnal things and his information is gathered from his five senses and of course, Satan. Those who are spiritual understand the natural man because, we are natural beings, but we also understand the spiritual realm because of the Holy Spirit and the spiritual realm. Deep calls out to deep. We seek those things that are from above as God reveals Himself and nature to us.

The Spirit of God anoints us with discernment,understanding, wisdom, knowledge, counsel, might to walk as spiritual giants. We receive a deep reverance for God by the Spirit of God. We will no longer seek our way or our own personal comforts, but to see how we can be effective servants regarding others' needs. God's Spirit, that is within us will easily identify those things that have been birthed from above as we have been. We will be drawn to those who have the same spirit that we have, which sharpens our spiritual knowledge. Make your decisions in life based on the Word and will of God and not by what we call "common sense." There should be nothing "common" in or about us, because we don't access our information from common nor carnal knowledge. We can obtain knowledge and information from books, but our wisdom, knowledge, decisions and movements should come from the uncommon Book, the Bible. The Bible will not show us how to change a tire or a diaper, but it will show us how to change our lives and minister change to others. Your confidence should not be in how big your bank account is or your status in life, but in your relationship with Jesus Christ. Return to your first love and seek God for greater knowledge to live in peace. Peaceful living has nothing to do with your surroundings, but with rather in your ability to connect with God in the Spirit. I speak His shalom over you, right now. Go for the deep and receive God's best for your life.

God is invading our personal lives with spiritual revelations that are available to those who desperately seek Him. He delights in revealing Himself to us and to fulfill our desire in Him. Every Believer understand the workings of the natural man, but our desire must be to operate in the spiritual realm where the the Word becomes living and vibrant. The heavens are open to those who deeply desire the things of God.

Deep is calling to deep; answer His call!
