Anointed to Shine

Oh Lord, we know why you don’t help us and why there is no more justice. We look for light to walk by, but there is nothing but darkness. We look for brightness, but there is nothing but shadows.
We grope our way along as those who are blind grope along a wall. In daylight we stumble as if it were night. We feel like men who are half dead. Isaiah 59:9-10
Darkness covers the earth and thick darkness the people, but I am giving you Light and my glory will be upon you. Isaiah 60:2

I had a dream earlier this year and I saw men and women, walking in the dark, dressed in black, with their hands stretched out before them, groping; feeling for something that wasn’t there. There was fear on their faces as they looked for something to hold onto but, there was nothing to be found. I believe what I was seeing was spiritual blindness and God was revealing to me the time we are in now.

The meaning of the word grope is- fumble, feel for, feel around. In the spirit, I see men and women groping in spiritual darkness for something of value to hold on to. Those under the age of fifty are looking for something to stand on that makes sense to them, but those who are older and should be teaching the younger generation how to walk correctly before God, are not sure how to walk themselves. Many youths have decided for themselves what they will believe in, even if it doesn’t make much sense. We find that the young people are lost to their own thoughts and devices that oftentimes lead to death. There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end thereof, leads to death says the Psalmist. Trusting and leaning on their own thoughts, ideas and imaginations, are all leading our young people on a path to sorrow.

One says I believe this and the other says I believe that and there will be a third voice that will scream, “I don’t believe in anything.” Who hold the keys to the standard of life? Who makes the decision about what is right and what is wrong? What determines truth? Where is the light? Where are those who have been charged to be light bearers? Where is the witness of those who should be a light in the darkness?

The remnant is beginning to glow, and the powers of darkness are witnesses of the glory of God on His people. There may be a small flicker of light, but it is there and it is beginning to illuminate until it intensifies to a full glow. As we see thick darkness (confusion of the mind and every evil under the sun), and we sense the horsemen of the Apocalypse readying themselves for the final mount, it becomes evident that it is time for the sons of God to arise and shine. Shine, shine, sons and daughters of God! Let the men and women of the Kingdom of God shine brightly, stand out and glow in the face of darkness.

The people of the earth are blinded by mental turmoil and confusion; seeking anything that will bring them some sense of relief from reality. We are witnessing strange sexual behaviors, incredible interest in the occult and witchcraft, as well as games that depict every manner of killing. Man has become obsessed with pleasures; lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God. But, the people of God will function in His glorious peace, that passes all human understanding. For when the remnant shows up, there is no darkness, for the glory of God is as evident on them spiritually, as the sun shining in the natural, through a dark storm cloud. Step into position Remnant!! Step into position, shine and glorify God, for it is TIME to shine in the spirit, as Christ shone in the transfiguration.
