Bait Destroying Faith

Something got me thinking today that was quite amusing. I went to the store the other day to purchase some ant bait. I tried to think about the places I have seen ants around the house so that I could strategically place the bait in those areas to get rid of the little pests. As I placed the fourth bait, the thought came to my mind of how Satan places bait in our path to destroy our purpose. There are times that we purposefully plan to be a better Christian and then WHAM, there it is, some kind of stumbling block in the middle of our road to purpose. Satan’s strategy is to stop the Believer dead cold in our tracks. He moves strategically to prohibit us by placing roadblocks in our path by any means necessary.

We are called to be wise as serpents and harmless as doves. Wisdom causes us to walk in the understanding that some things we can declare to move and other things we must trust God to move. This is when we need to recognize that we are to take authority in the name of Jesus and tell those roadblocks to move. Even those we cannot move we know with every assurance that God will move them in His timing. We are confident of the knowledge that God moves on our behalf and calls His ministering angels to move on our behalf. Daniel understood this when the angel told him that from the moment he began to pray that his prayers were heard. It delayed because the angel had to wrestle with a demonic principality.

Know that God is moving those mountains from your life that appears to be impossible to climb or cross. He has given you the authority to move most of them through faith in Him and your ability to bind and loose. You have been given the keys to the Kingdom, so use your keys King!!
