The Glory River

In Ezekiel 40:1-4, the hand of the Lord took Ezekiel to the land of Israel and set him on a high mountain where God gave Him visions. God told him to "see with his eyes, hear with his ears and give attention to all that He would show Him and to declare to the house of Israel all that God would show Him in the visions.

In Ezekiel 47; the Angel of the Lord took him to the Temple and showed him water running from beneath the Temple. The Angel began to measure by increments of a thousand cubits and then led Ezekiel through waters that was rising from his ankles to his waist and then higher. Ezekiel could only proceed in this river after God's standard of measuring. These measured steps and the assistance of the Angel allowed Ezekiel to proceed forward. We must understand God's set timing before we can be propelled forward in this season into our purpose and destiny.

Ezekiel first manuevered through the river in measured steps but as the water deepened it could only be crossed by swimming. God lifted Ezekiel upward and brought him back to the bank and showed him the flowing river that would pour into the sea where the waters will stay fresh. On both sides of the river bank were many trees, which signifies life. The time is coming when we will no longer strive to go forward for we will minister in the supernatural which is our true source of life because we serve a supernatural God. The Lord showed Ezekiel that everything that got into the waters would live and God ultimately told Ezekiel that because the waters originated from the Sanctuary that the trees would bear fruit and would be for food and and healing.

The Heavenly Temple of God is the originator of the waters that are flowing spiritually and if we would just step into the waters it will produce life for us. We will bear fruit from the Holy Spirit, the gifts will flow and we will receive healing in our bodies. We must do as Ezekiel did...see with our spiritual eyes, hear with our spiritual ears and pay attention to what is going on around us.

Those of us who live in the southeast have been experiencing rain for over a week and a half. This rain has caused rising water and flooding in many areas. The rain has caused destruction for some and refreshing of the ground for others. What you see in the natural is going on in the spirit. The prophet in me causes me to see God's hand in everything. We must be able to discern the times and the seasonand s of God. We are in God's holy season at this very moment. This is God's season and He is calling the Church to stop and pay attention and "hear" what He is speaking to the Church.

Professing Christians are on the verge of bringing calamity on themselves by embracing the same things the world embraces. The Dahli Lama visited Memphis and received Kingly status with some Christians. What fellowship do Christians have with the Dahli Lama? He is NOT our holiness; God is!!! What is wrong with these spiritually blind people. Some professing Christians have literally bowed to him as he waved his hand in blessing over Memphis. Have we gone mad? The next celebrity to visit Memphis will be Louis Farrakhan. Should Christians celebrate these men of opposing faiths? If God is God then follow Him and if Baal is God then follow him. Who will we serve and bow to as Christ followers? JESUS! Those who profess to be Christian are making themselves look ridiculous on television salivating over godless men. Where is that check in their spirit by the Holy Spirit to honor and serve God and Him only? Some of us need to look at the scripture in Joshua and profess publicly that "as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord."

We cannot step into this river that is rising unless the rains begin to fall. This river will bring destruction to some and life to others. In this time, God will manifest Himself to us as we step into His spiritual river to become drenched and soaked in Him. What we have witnessed in the natural is going on in the spiritual. That's why we are felling the shifting and the acceleration of time. We are being moved by this river and the river has been moving and rising up on the Body of Christ. The true Church cannot move forward unless we step into this spiritual river that will move us into the next dimension of miracles, signs and wonders. Provision and healing is in the place where God has provided for us. Remember, the river has been rising gradually in measured increments by God. But the time is coming when we will move into the next realm of spiritual glory as we step into this glory river. I don't care what things look like in your life at this moment in time. You have been moving in measured glory but the Lord is releasing His fullness on those who belong to Him. Trust Him as He make your natural super! Hallelujah!!!!
